Test Page Description – Nekemte Region EEU Web and Complaint Management System
The test page for the Nekemte Region Ethiopian Electric Utility (EEU) Web and Complaint Management System is designed to demonstrate how customers can easily report electricity-related issues and communicate with the service office. The page provides a simple and user-friendly interface where residents of the Nekemte region can submit complaints such as power outages, billing problems, meter faults, damaged lines, or other service concerns. Users are required to enter basic information including their name, phone number, location, and a brief description of the issue they are experiencing. Once the complaint is submitted, it is recorded in the system so that EEU staff can review, track, and respond to it efficiently. The purpose of this test page is to evaluate the functionality, usability, and responsiveness of the web platform before full deployment. It also helps ensure that the system can support better communication between customers and the Ethiopian Electric Utility service team. This test version was prepared to demonstrate the basic workflow of complaint submission and management for the Nekemte region, supporting improved service delivery and faster resolution of electricity service issues.
